RealWear has a good voice-cancellation feature and fully rugged head-mounted device, it optionally snaps into safety helmets or attaches to bump caps and can be used with safety glasses or corrective eyewear.
Vuzix is also suitable for the field operations and it has similar features to RealWear.
Epson Moverio smart glasses provide a wide screen to the users so this feature makes it a better alternative for training operations.

Each VSight session can have up to 4 participants. If you need more than 4 participants, please contact us.

Yes, VSight has a special application to supports client connections from countries that have restricted internet connection.

We provide HD video streaming for all VSight Remote users. Besides, the video streaming quality of VSight Remote depends on your current connection speed. The "Adaptive Streaming" infrastructure instantly changes video streaming quality depending on connection quality. You can receive HD video streaming at the recommended connection speed and above.

1 Mbps download and upload speed is recommended, but users can create an online session up to 350kbps connection speed.

You can share PDF files, image files (JPEG, PNG, TIFF), and 3D objects on the live session. PDF and image files can be collaborated with users.

VSight Remote can be integrated with various other applications such as Salesforce, Hubspot, SAP, etc. We also provide API service to any external system.

You can maintain your online session even below 350 Kbps.

VSight Remote has "Sound only" mode. This feature is developed for the users has poor connection. Experts can request photos from the field in high-quality and draw on that image to guide the field technician.

Yes. Owing to its WebApp feature you can use VSight Remote application on PC and mobile devices without installing it. VSight WebApp is compatible with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Safari)

We are partnering with various smart glasses companies such as RealWear, Vuzix, Epson, etc. So, we can directly provide you hardware or direct you to the relevant product provider.

It is designed and developed for easy use without training. The tutorial appears in the application is sufficient for users who use the application for the first time.

  1. You as VSight Remote admin create and share the credentials with the service point.
  2. Service point connects you via VSight Android / iOS mobile app or smart glasses app with that credentials.
  3. Then you fix the problem.
